There are no complaints about the product, but the delivery was very disappointing. Firstly, there was a week delay even though the product was in Russia, and secondly, the handling of parcels—mine had a hole the size of a fist punched through both the shipping box and the manufacturer’s packaging! Miraculously, the product was not damaged, but you can imagine how frustrating this was for a long time. The delivery was through Russian Post.
